1 Introduction

Welcome to phdream18. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the phdream18 website, mobile platform, and all related services operated under the domain phdream18.net. By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any game or feature on phdream18, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

4 Account Rules

Your phdream18 account is personal to you. The following rules apply to all registered accounts on the platform:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Phdream18 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account.
• Suspicious Activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify phdream18 support immediately. We will act promptly to investigate and secure the account.
• Account Verification (KYC): Phdream18 may request identity verification documents at any stage — typically before processing the first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal processing being paused.
• Account Closure: You may close your phdream18 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after KYC is confirmed. Bonus funds are forfeited upon closure.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have not been logged into for 12 consecutive months may be considered dormant. Phdream18 will notify you before any administrative fees are applied to dormant accounts.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phdream18 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). Phdream18 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash — Minimum deposit ₱100; withdrawals typically processed within 30 minutes.
• Maya (PayMaya) — Minimum deposit ₱100; withdrawals processed within 30 minutes.
• GrabPay — Available for deposits; minimum ₱200.
• Coins.ph — Available for deposits; minimum ₱200.
• InstaPay / PESONet — Available for both deposits and withdrawals; minimum ₱500; processing under 1 hour.
• BDO / BPI / UnionBank Online Banking — Available for both; minimum ₱500.
• Visa / Mastercard — Available for deposits; minimum ₱500.

Phdream18 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, which are outside our control. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using accounts or cards registered in your own name — third-party transactions are not permitted on phdream18 and may result in account suspension.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Phdream18 regularly offers bonuses, cashback, free spins, and other promotional rewards. All promotions are subject to individual terms in addition to these general Terms. Key rules that apply to all phdream18 bonuses:

• One Bonus at a Time: Only one deposit bonus may be active per account at a time on phdream18. Passive rewards such as cashback and loyalty points continue to accumulate independently.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded on phdream18 carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x) is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity window (typically 30 days).
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games (roulette, baccarat, live casino) typically contribute 10%. Sports bets must be settled single bets or parlays at minimum odds of 1.50 to contribute at 100%.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active on phdream18, maximum individual bet limits may apply (typically ₱500 per spin or bet). Bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: Phdream18 monitors for irregular or abusive wagering patterns. Strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics without genuine gameplay intent — such as low-risk matched betting or arbitrage — may result in bonuses being removed and accounts reviewed.
• Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire after the stated offer period. Bonus funds that expire before wagering is completed are forfeited; real-money balances are unaffected.

7 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on phdream18 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The results of every game are determined independently of any previous round and are not influenced by the size of your bet or the length of your session.

Phdream18 strictly prohibits the following:

• Software Exploits: Using any third-party software, bot, automated tool, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage on phdream18 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Collusion: Players found to be colluding with other players — particularly in live dealer games or tournaments — will have their accounts suspended and any implicated winnings voided.
• Money Laundering: Phdream18 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Any account suspected of facilitating money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities and immediately suspended.

8 Sports Betting Rules
